Returns & Exchange Policy

At Klutch Culture Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items (marked Final Sale)
• Accessories (jewelry, hats, handbags)
• Custom or personalized items
• Bodysuits or items considered intimate for hygiene reasons

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
