Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard orders ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 days depending on your location.
Q: Can I return or exchange something?
A: Yes! Items can be returned within 7 days if unworn and in original condition. See our Return Policy for full details.
Q: My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t get it — help?
A: Sometimes packages are marked delivered before they actually arrive. Please check with your local post office first. If you still don’t receive it within 2 business days, contact us at klutchcultureboutique@gmail.com.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
A: Orders can’t be changed once they’re placed — but email us ASAP and we’ll see what we can do if it hasn’t shipped yet!
